The story of the film “Aye Watan Mere Watan” is during the Indian Indian Movement of 1942, when British domination had imprisoned all the great leaders of the congress, including Gandhi and Nehru, to suppress it. Together with this, the congress was also forbidden. In this situation, Congress workers continue to fight for independence through subsoil. In this difficult moment, the responsibility of bringing the voice of independence to the people of the country generates Usha Mehta (Sara Ali Khan), a young worker of the congress.

In the British dominion, Harimahan Mehta (Sachin Khedkar), sitting in a great position like a judge, may not tire of praising the British, but his daughter Usha also leaves her home for the good of the country. With the help of the famous Liberty fighter, Ram Manhar Lohia (Emraan Hashmi), Usha and her friends through her radio station, the radio of the congress brings the voice of the leaders imprisoned throughout the country. This act of revolutionaries joins the British government and orders its officers to silence the voice of this radio station in some way. To know the story before, you have to see the entire film.

In general, Karan Johaha, famous for making romantic films, showed the power to bring the story linked to the war of independence on the screen this time. He launched the first aspect of this film at the Indian International Film Festival Goa last year. The director, Kannan Iyer, made a film about a story that very few people know. However, due to the weakness of the script and the lack of strong artists, he could not put this interesting story on the screen in such a beautiful way.

The film initially makes the public interest, but cannot keep it. If Kannan did a little more work in the script and also joined the artists, he could have made an exceptional film. Despite this, this film made an unprecedented story, even if you don’t like it, ensures that you see it completely.

Talk about the performance of the artists, Sara Ali Khan has lost an excellent opportunity for him. Sarati, who is trying to make a strong film for a long time, needs to work hard in his performance. Emraan Hashmi has certainly surprised his guest role of Lohia. The rest of the artists also did a good job in their role. The cinematography and music of the film are not very special.

Why see: if you want to see some different types of cinema sitting at home on the weekend of Holi, then you can see this movie. However, they don’t have too many expectations.
